Wildfire season is here, and we’re sharing readiness reminders so our community can stay safe, informed and prepared. Take these steps now to prepare this wildfire season: 

• Create and practice a household emergency plan and build an emergency kit
• Learn more about how PSE operates the electric grid to prevent wildfires and keep communities safe, including using Public Safety Power Shutoffs and Enhanced Powerline Settings  
• Make sure your PSE account contact information is up to date: PSE.com 
• If you use a medical device in your home that relies on electricity, apply for Life Support status on your account: PSE.com/Medical
