Upcoming field work along the Murden Cove – Winslow 115 kV "missing link" transmission line begins mid-October
As part of the Murden Cove – Winslow 115 kV "missing link" transmission line project to improve electric reliability on Bainbridge Island, PSE will be in the project area (see map above) starting in mid-October to collect additional field information for the project design and permit documentation. PSE and our consultants, HDR, Inc. and David Evans and Associates (DEA), will survey trees along the transmission line route. Crews may place metal tags on trees they are surveying. We are creating an inventory of the trees; these tags do not indicate which trees will be removed or trimmed. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. We’re proud to serve in your community and aim to complete this field work with as little disruption as possible. Thank you for your patience!
