Four Fridays. Four great movies. One community tradition.
Summer evenings are even better under the stars. This August, Bainbridge Island Metro Park & Recreation District invites the community to Battle Point Park for Movies in the Park, a free outdoor movie series. This beloved summer tradition continues to bring neighbors together for four memorable Friday nights.
For many years, PSE has been a valued partner of the Park District, supporting a variety of community events that bring Bainbridge Islanders together. Our longstanding commitment has helped make free, family-friendly experiences like Movies in the Park possible.
Seating opens at 8:00 p.m., with movies beginning 30 minutes after sunset. Bring extra blankets, lawn chairs, and settle in for a different movie each week:
- August 7: Spaceballs (PG)
- August 14: Ferris Bueller's Day Off (PG-13)
- August 21: Wicked: For Good (PG)
- August 28: Elio (PG)
Whether you're introducing your kids to a classic comedy, singing along to the latest blockbuster, or enjoying Disney-Pixar's newest adventure, Movies in the Park offer a fun and memorable way to spend a summer evening with family and friends.
Events like these are possible thanks to organizations investing in our community. PSE is proud to help keep Movies in the Park free and accessible for everyone.
