Here in the Pacific Northwest, winter is the wettest, windiest, and darkest time of the year. It’s also storm season, which means it’s time to prepare for unexpected power outages.
PSE works hard to provide safe, reliable service to our customers. However, when it comes to storms, sometimes situations arise that are beyond our control. While you can count on us to work to restore power as quickly as possible, there are some basic steps you can take to make sure you’re ready for storm season.
To help prepare for an outage, we encourage you to:
- Get prepared for any emergency – have a plan and create an emergency kit.
- Download the MyPSE app to tracck and report piwer outages in your neighborhood and check on estimated restoration times.
