Save the date for the Bainbridge Island Historical Museum’s Turn Back Time: The Sixties fundraiser gala on October 14

The Bainbridge Island Historical Museum plays a vital role in preserving and sharing the rich history and stories of Bainbridge Island. It achieves this by curating exhibits and hosting community programs and events that inspire this unique community to connect and explore different perspectives while celebrating the diverse stories of Bainbridge Island.

Join the Museum for their third Turn Back Time: The Sixties fundraiser on October 14 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Wing Point Country Club. This lively evening promises a trip down memory lane to the swinging ‘60s, complete with appetizers, dinner, and drinks. All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Museum.

While dressing in your best ‘60s attire is encouraged, a costume is by no means required. Hosted by renowned nonprofit auctioneer, John Curley, the evening will feature a captivating ‘60s dance presentation, the melodic tunes of Dick Dearsley, and an exciting dessert dash.

The Paddle Call is the highlight of the evening. Thanks to an exceptionally generous donor, every donation received will be matched up to $50,000, doubling the impact of each donor’s support. Your participation in this event will not only be a nostalgic journey but also a meaningful way to help the Museum continue its mission of preserving and sharing Bainbridge Island’s unique stories.

Join your community in celebrating the past while securing a brighter future for the Bainbridge Island Historical Museum. Tickets are available for purchase at bainbridgehistory.org. In lieu of attending, donate via the virtual Paddle Call by using the same link.
