After more than a year of technical review and community engagement, PSE selected a route for the Missing Link Project on Bainbridge Island. This is an important step towards improving electric reliability for the two-thirds of the island currently at risk of power outages due to lack of transmission system redundancy. PSE worked diligently to understand which route option meets the technical project needs while using community feedback to inform the decision.
The community announcement was held on Tuesday, November 30, followed by the final Community Sounding Board (CSB) meeting on Thursday, December 2. If you were unable to attend either meeting, you can read the community announcement summary and the CSB 6 summary on psebainbridge.participate.online.
