Project Description
In 2015, PSE completed the Port Madison Tap upgrade project which included pole replacement, reframing and reconductor of one of the existing transmission lines bringing power from Kitsap County to Bainbridge Island. The Port Madison Tap upgrade work on Bainbridge Island occurred between the Agate Pass crossing and Port Madison Substation located at the intersection of NE Day Road W and SR-305. The Foss Corner-Port Madison upgrade project also occurred between these two locations, except in a separate transmission line corridor.
