Grand Old 4th of July

PSE is proud to sponsor this long-time community event! As it has been since 1967, Bainbridge Island will celebrate July 4th with multiple overlapping events taking over downtown Winslow and Waterfront Park from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Kicking off with the traditional Pancake Breakfast, the day will include the BYS Fun Run, Car Show, Street Fair, Kid’s Zone, Beer & Wine Garden, Live Music Stage, and of course, the mile-long Hometown Parade.

As in the past 50 years, a crowd in the tens of thousands is expected, as well as a sunny day and a good time for all the family.

“As Chamber President, I am delighted to be able to restore one of our Island’s most beloved traditions, and to have the Grand Old 4th be the finale to four days of the Celebrate Bainbridge series that included more than 15 Island-wide events, is the cherry on the cake!” noted Stefan Goldby.

Volunteers needed to make Grand Old 4th…grand!
The Grand Old 4th not only pulls Islanders together, but it also takes an active community to make the magic happen! You can volunteer for a wide variety of activities: info booth/parade check-in, hydration stations, recycle stations, parade/barricade marshals, beer garden (w/MAST permit), and general set-up/tear-down. All volunteers receive an exclusive GO4 ’22 team T-Shirt courtesy of Via Rosa 11. Sign-up online by visiting www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0d4fafa62ba1f4c07-grand.

Thank you and hope to see you there!
